DISPERSION ADHESIVE

The adhesive is intended for applying wall and floor ceramic tiles (gres, terracotta, clinker, ceramics, mosaic tiles), natural stone tiles, as well as plastic tiles both on rigid and demanding (deforming) groundworks, or ill-gripping groundworks, both indoors and outdoors Indoor and outdoor use. Does not discolor natural stone.

 

MATERIAL BASE:

water dispersion of acrylic polymer, mineral fillers, modifying supplements.

 

SURFACE:

Remove all unstable grouts and coats. Plasters and cement screeds must be at least 4 weeks old, gypsum plasters and anhydrite screeds must be at least 2 weeks old. Grind and vacuum anhydrite screed. Concrete groundwork must be at least 6 months old. Level all groundwork irregularities with the leveling grout. Irregular cement and concrete floor surfaces should be leveled with the self-leveling grout. Anhydrite screed should be leveled.

 

PREPARATION:

Ready-to-use product. Mix the mass inside the container thoroughly. If necessary, correct the consistency by adding a small amount of water.

 

PROCESSING:

Apply in temperatures from+5°C to +25°C, these temperature refer to air, groundwork and product temperature. All groundwork surfaces must be load-bearing, tight, stable, even and clean and, if required, primed. Apply the grout on the groundwork using a toothed trowel. Apply as for an insulation and decorative panel adhesive: Depending on the size and weight of the panels, apply the adhesive on the surface in spots or strips. When applying the panel in its intended site, press it firmly against the groundwork.

 

STORAGE:

Up to 12 months from the date of manufacture, in dry areas and in non-damaged factory packaging, at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C.

TECHNICAL DATA

Tile application time after the application of adhesive on the groundwork up to 30 minutes

Tile placement correction time up to 20 minutes

The possibility of treading on the finished floor after 2 days at the earliest; when applying tiles on tiles, or chipboards or OSBs, this time can extend, depending on the layer thickness

Maximum grout layer up to 5 mm

Dry mix consumption c.a. 1.7 kg/m2 per 1mm of mortar layer thickness

 

The product is to be used according to the required level of technical knowledge and OHS principels. Avoid skin contact and protect the eyes. In the case of eye contact, wash the eyes abundantly with clean water and seek medical assistance. The use of gloves, goggles and protective clothing is recommended.
